How To Shop

Once you are on the www.rigall.com.au site, select the category you are most interested in, click on it and see the page with the product as well as the other items in the same category.

When you decide which one you want, click on "Buy Now". (If you are on a product with dropdown boxes, don't forget to make your selection in those boxes). This will bring up a window with the product you have chosen.

This has the price of it and you will notice that at every stage there is a link that allows you to either delete the product you chose, or to completely cancel the order.

There are three links at the bottom of the page; Continue shopping, recalculate and checkout. Chose one depending on your choice of action.

Continue will take you back to the home page, to allow you to make a second, or more choice, check out will take you to the page where you fill in your details. Those with an asterisk are a must to fill in, if you don't you will be asked for it again, till you do fill it in. The program will not let you go on without them.

Note: select country is most important.

Then on the right side there is a second form. This should be filled out if the delivery is to be to a different address then the orders.

If it's the same, there is nothing to be done in this form, except the shipping method.

Once you click the drop down list, there are four alternatives. Please chose one, depending on your location and value of order.

Underneath these forms there is another one, which has the words on top of, to fill in the place with a pass word, so when you come back, you shouldn't have to go through the whole process.

This is good, because it saves you time and afford and if you don't come back there is nothing lost.

Save details and mailing list is ticked, so you don't have to do anything more. There is a little block, if you want to send a special message.

Click continue, you will be on a page that tells you that, you will be directed to the payment page. Please note, even here you have the choice to cancel your order. But if you go on, click continue. Your next page is for the credit card details. Forget the Technocash sign. We don't use that. Note again that this page is "secure", will be encrypted for your safety.

The form is self-explanatory. Ignore "other payment"

Note again, even here you have the option to cancel your order and your credit card will not be charged.

If you made a mistake in the filling out of the credit card form, there is a button to reset the page. If all is well, click continue.

You are done. This page will show you what you have bought and can be printed for your records.
